孔子学院经过15年长足发展，已经从规模增长转入提质增效的新阶段。面临新形势、新任务、新要求，孔子学院总部/国家汉办加大科研投入、开展学术研究、组织学术交流，力图通过科研创新为孔子学院建设和汉语国际教育事业的持续稳定发展提供理论支撑。

在此背景下，汉考国际联合人民教育出版社共同举办“汉语国际教育语言标准与语言测试国际研讨会”，面向全球汉语教学与测试领域内的教师、学者和硕博研究生征集学术论文，旨在提供互动交流的平台，共同探讨汉语国际教育领域的语言标准建设及语言测试方面的新理论、新方法、新技术及未来发展趋势。

会议分为主旨发言、分论坛论文发表及工作坊三个环节，届时将邀请国际知名专家学者针对会议议题进行主旨发言与工作坊培训，参会代表可根据不同论坛主题进行论文发表及交流讨论，并可以参加与会议主题相关的工作坊。

会议投稿采用线上提交，参会者需在以下网站进行注册，然后进行论文摘要及全文在线提交。

具体要求如下：

1. 论文摘要（中文或英文）限300字以内。

2. 论文摘要主题需明确契合一个或多个分议题。

3. 论文摘要须对参会人员具有针对性和实践指导意义。

4. 所提交摘要的研究成果应为原创并提出观点。

5. 所提交摘要的研究成果未在期刊公开发表。

6. 提交论文摘要须为word版文件。

7. 摘要提交截止日期为2019年6月1日。

经专家匿名评审后，会议将于6月25日前发出会议邀请函。

七、会议费用

会议报名费为800元人民币/人，全日制硕博研究生为400元人民币/人，学生在报名时需出示学生证件。

工作坊将另行收费，自愿参加。

交通及住宿费自理。

八、会议优秀论文奖

大会将设立优秀论文奖，为获奖论文作者颁发荣誉证书与奖金，优秀论文优先出版论文集。

参评条件：

（1）提交全文（同时提交论文摘要），论文全文提交截止时间为2019年8月25日。

（2）论文研究成果应为原创，且未在期刊公开发表。

International Conference on Language Standards and Language Testing of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages

After 15 years of rapid development, the Confucius Institute has shifted its focus from expanding scale to a new stage of improving quality and efficiency. Faced with new circumstances, missions, and requirements, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) has increasingly invested in scientific research, engaged in academic research, and organized academic exchanges. In efforts to build the theoretical foundation for the construction of the Confucius institute and the development of the subject of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) focuses on scientific research and innovation.

In this context, the Chinese Testing International Co., Ltd. and the People’s Education Press jointly organize the “International Conference on Language Standards and Language Testing of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages”, which calls for submissions from teachers, scholars and postgraduates worldwide in the field of Chinese teaching and testing. With the aim of providing a platform for experts and scholars to interact and exchange views, the conference is focused on new theories, methods, technologies, and the future trends of language standards and testing in the field of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.

III. Format

The conference includes keynote speeches, paper publications in breakout sessions and workshops. Internationally renowned experts and scholars will be invited to deliver keynote speeches and provide thematic training in workshops. Breakout sessions on different topics are open to participants, where they can release papers and exchange views. Workshops are also available to interested participants.

VI. Paper Submission

All abstracts and manuscripts should be submitted online at http://hr.chinesetest.cn/ after signing up. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Abstracts should be (in Chinese or English) less than 300 words.

2. The topic of the abstracts should be in line with one or more sub-topics of the conference.

3. The abstracts must be relevant to and serve as meaningful guidance to the participants of the conference.

4. The submitted abstracts should have original research results and put forward opinions.

5. The research results of the submitted abstracts must not have been published in journals.

6. The abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Office Word format.

7. The deadline for abstract submissions is June 1, 2019.

After anonymous expert review, invitations will be issued before June 25, 2019.

VII. Fees

Registration fee for conference is RMB 800/person for regular delegate and RMB 400/person for full-time postgraduates. Students must show their student ID at the time of registration. The registration fees does not include participants’ transportation and accommodation expenses.

VIII. Award for Outstanding Papers

The conference has specially set up Awards for Outstanding Papers. The winners will get honorary certificates and monetary bonuses. The winning papers will enjoy the privilege of being selected and published in academic paper proceedings.

Conditions for Participation:

A: The full text (as well as the abstract) should be submitted no later than August 25, 2019.

B: The research results of the paper should be original and have not been published in journals.
